Returns

If you wish to return an item, the return shipment can be arranged either by you or, after prior agreement, by us. Please note the following information:

Please do not send goods back to us freight collect or uninsured. Unfortunately, such shipments cannot be accepted.
The return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer, unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon. Please ensure suitable packaging.
The packaging should be appropriate for the contents and protect the goods adequately against the usual stresses of shipping, such as: Pressure, Impact Drops, Vibrations,Temperature influences
Please complete the return form in full and enclose it with your return shipment.
The return form can be downloaded further down on this page and helps us to process your return more quickly and efficiently. Please ensure that the goods are securely packaged for transport, as damage caused by improper packaging may result in a reduction in value.
