Shipping

The parcels are shipped by the parcel service GLS or DHL. You can get information about the companies by clicking on the logo. If you prefer a delivery service, please let us know at the end of your order.

Please make sure that the delivery address (house number, post office number in the case of Packstation) is entered correctly!

Please make sure that it will be possible for you to receive the parcel. Use the delivery options of the delivery services, if necessary arrange a drop-off location or instruct a neighbour.

If you are not found, your parcel will be deposited in a parcel shop. You can pick up your parcel there within 7 working days.

Caution: Returns of undeliverable parcels (incorrect address information, refusal, non-acceptance or non-collection, etc.) are an additional expense for all parties involved. These additional costs such as processing, storage, re-dispatch will be invoiced. This type of return does not declare withdrawal from the purchase contract.

If you would like a specific delivery date, please let us know. We will also endeavour to fulfil such requests.

If delivery is to be made to a different country than listed, please contact us by email.

Please understand that letter shipping is not possible. For the shipping route, traceable documentation of the shipment route is important (investigation and transport insurance).

Days of dispatch are Monday to Thursday, excluding bridge days and public holidays. If the order is received by 10.00 a.m. of the respective shipping day, delivery will be made on the same day, taking into account the payment option.

As you will have gathered from the media over the last few months, everyone is talking about online trade, especially parcel services. Current challenges such as too few employees, increased tolls, diesel driving bans and crowded roads are causing reliable parcel delivery to falter. In addition, the new Packaging Act will come into force on 01.01.2019. This will result in a recalculation of shipping and packaging costs.

The calculation of shipping costs is based on shipping weight. This includes: 
transport costs, toll, eco-surcharge, licence fees for the Dual System, packaging costs and the statutory value-added tax.

Shipping is done in recyclable cardboard from a regional manufacturer. Your goods are packed safely and well so that they survive the transport well but don't make too much waste. The tape is paper tape and DHL and GLS transport the parcels climate neutrally with the GoGreen programme. We try to do without plastic packaging. In this way, we are also making an active contribution to climate protection.
