01. General information

All supplies and services of the company Korkstudio Grobe are made exclusively on the basis of these terms and conditions. The contract language is German.

02. Conclusion of contract
Our offers are non-binding. Characteristics of the goods and services as well as prices are described directly in connection with the offered product. By clicking on the "Buy" button the customer declares bindingly to purchase the contents of the shopping cart. This also applies to an order by email or telephone. We confirm the receipt of the order by e-mail (receipt confirmation). We reserve the right to reject the acceptance of the order. We will inform the customer immediately.
The scope and scope of our services are given in the service description and the order form.

The acceptance of parcels or returns of goods is refused in the case of non-free shipping.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are inclusive of the legal VAT (VAT) plus forwarding charges and surcharges of the various methods of payment (cash on delivery and credit card charges). The shipping costs can be found in the heading "shipping costs". In the "Customs" countries, a tariff is added. Parcels, they are not accepted and retourned without comment, compensation will be charged (§304 BGB).

Cost estimates that do not lead to the order will be charged with at least € 25.00. There may be price differences in the acceptance of offered partial quantities.

03. Right of revocation and revocation
If the customer is a consumer, the following applies:

- Right of revocation -
You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The right of revocation does not exist in the case of the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and which are subject to an individual selection or destination by the consumer or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. The right of revocation also does not exist in the case of entrepreneurs who are acting in the course of their commercial activities upon conclusion of the purchase contract.

- Revocation Sequence -
If you revoke this agreement, we will pay you all the payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us ) Within a period of 14 days from the date on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has been received by us. For the repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction. Unless otherwise agreed with you. In no case will we charge you for these repayment fees.
