Important Information Regarding Shipping to EU Countries
Dear Customers,
due to the new European Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) and the associated requirements, we will unfortunately be unable to ship orders to EU countries outside Germany from 12 August 2026 until further notice.
The new regulations create considerable additional registration, reporting and documentation requirements, as well as additional costs, particularly for small businesses. For us, the administrative and financial burden involved is currently disproportionate to the volume of orders we ship to individual EU countries.
We have therefore made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend shipping to other EU member states.
Orders and deliveries within Germany are, of course, not affected.
We sincerely regret this restriction and hope that in the future we will once again be able to offer our customers in other EU countries a practical and economically viable shipping solution.
