Our 1 metre wide cork roll is the ideal choice for anyone looking for a versatile cork roll by the metre. Manufactured from high-quality agglomerated cork (compressed fine cork granules), this material combines natural elasticity with excellent dimensional stability, thermal insulation and long-lasting durability. The cork is sustainably harvested and processed in Europe.

Which Cork Roll Thickness Is Right for Your Project?

The ideal thickness depends on your intended application:

2–4 mm – ideal for crafts, model making, drawer liners, furniture protection and protective underlays
6–8 mm – perfect for wall decoration, DIY projects and smaller pinboards
10 mm – recommended for large or frequently used pinboards and full cork walls

Cork Rolls for Custom Pinboards

Create a custom-sized cork pinboard that perfectly fits your space. Whether it's a small notice board for your home office or a large cork wall for schools, offices or creative spaces, cork rolls can easily be cut to the required dimensions.

For frequently used pinboards, we generally recommend a thickness of 6 to 10 mm, depending on the length of the push pins.

Easy to Cut and Glue

Cork rolls can easily be cut using a sharp utility knife and a straight edge or metal ruler. For thicker material, we recommend making several passes with even pressure for a clean edge.

For a strong and durable bond, we recommend our Cork Contact Adhesive (Art. 7110). A glue roller makes it easy to apply the adhesive evenly, especially on larger surfaces.

Can Cork Rolls Be Painted?

Yes. Cork rolls can be painted using a suitable interior wall paint, allowing you to match the surface to your interior design.

Because cork has a naturally textured surface, we recommend testing the paint on a small offcut before covering larger areas.
